This live Zoom training teaches how to welcome guests professionally with confidence and excellent first impression etiquette. You will learn international guest greeting standards used in hotels and restaurants, including polite language, reservation handling, body posture, guest escorting, and proper table seating techniques.

This is a practical hospitality class with speaking practice and roleplay.
