Jesper Sando Mork

Lorenzo Rosso, born in Piove di Sacco near Padova, Italy, discovered his passion for cooking at the age of 14, inspired by his grandfather, a respected Venetian restaurateur. He graduated from the Istituto Professionale Alberghiero Pietro D’Abano and began his apprenticeship at the Columbia Hotel and the Due Torri Morosini Hotel, further refining his skills through workshops across Italy and Europe. His early career flourished under the mentorship of Executive Chef Fabio Dal Santo, with seasonal work in Cortina D’Ampezzo, Asiago, Jesolo, Trento, and Venice.
Lorenzo’s international journey began in Bangkok, where he opened his first restaurant, La Locanda. This success led him to global hospitality, including roles as Executive Chef at Sofitel Raja Orchid Khon Kaen, Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa, and later the Millennium Hilton Bangkok, marking two decades of leadership in luxury hotels.
In 2018, Lorenzo returned to his Venetian roots with Al Gatto Nero, a refined Osteria in Bangkok that celebrates artisanal cuisine. His philosophy emphasizes fresh, seasonal ingredients, natural pairings, and a dash of originality—expressing a style that unites Italian tradition with personal creativity and freedom in the kitchen
Jesper Sando Mørk, a native of Denmark, is a seasoned hospitality professional with more than three decades of international leadership experience. He graduated from Aalborg Technical College with a Diploma in Hospitality Management and began his career in hotel operations before progressing into senior management roles.
Jesper has held leadership positions with international hotel chains including Hilton International and The Rezidor Hotel Group, where he managed large-scale hotel and F&B operations across Asia and Scandinavia. Known for his hands-on leadership style, he has built strong service cultures and driven operational performance in both pre-opening and established properties.
With a strong foundation in hospitality training, Jesper has spent many years developing and coaching hospitality professionals across Asia and Denmark, delivering practical service training programs in food & beverage operations, guest experience, leadership, and team performance.
Through Luxzas Hospitality Solutions, Jesper now helps hotels and restaurants implement tailor-made SOP training systems and digital service operations, combining industry standards with modern learning methods. He is also passionate about innovation and actively develops AI-supported learning tools and operational solutions that enhance staff training, service quality, and efficiency in hospitality environments.
